Data and purposes

We process identification and contact data, account and security records, applications, waitlists, enrollments, payments, academic activity, communications, content and technical logs only for the purposes disclosed at collection.

Service operation, waitlist management, transactional notices and security are separated from optional purposes such as marketing, product analytics, public content and external translation. Optional authorizations may be refused or withdrawn independently.

Data subject rights

You may know, access, update and rectify your data; request proof of authorization and information about its use; file complaints; withdraw optional authorizations; and request deletion when legally applicable.

Retention and recipients

Data is retained only for the reasonable and necessary period for each disclosed purpose and any applicable legal or contractual duty. Service providers such as infrastructure, payment, email and translation vendors receive only the data required for their assigned function under applicable contractual safeguards.

Age and security

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We apply administrative, technical and organizational controls proportionate to the nature of the data and report qualifying security incidents as required by Colombian law.
